How far does your included delivery fees go?
will deliver for free within 30 miles of our warehouse in Orlando, FL and pickup time of no later than 9:00PM. Pickup times after 9:00PM can be scheduled for additional fee. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your address and we will be happy to let you know.
What are the pickup fees for pickups after 9pm
Pickup fees for late pickups are as follows:
- 12:00 AM: $125
However, we will work with your venue for next-day pickups to avoid these fees whenever possible. This will depend on the venue's approval, the arch's availability the next morning, and our scheduling constraints.
How much does delivery cost if it is not within 30 miles of your warehouse in Orlando, Fl
If your location exceeds 30 miles we charge $1 per mile, up to a maximum of 75 miles.
What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/location only?
That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.
What if I want to see an Altar/Arch/ or Backdrop in person first?
We do not meet to show you these products because they are too big and cumbersome to transport for these kind of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos and videos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Please see additional photos and videos on our Instagram account @luxarches

Can I request a different floral arrangement be made and rented for my Altar/Arch/Backdrop?
At this time, we are not offering custom floral arrangements, but we are already working on adding a variety of arrangements to choose from. This should be available to you soon!
We can add colored flowers to the arches flowers, but cannot remove flowers. This is how we can customize it.

Check to see if the browser you are using is Internet Explorer. If so, open a different browser like Google Chrome or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported by our website host Shopify. If this doesn't solve your problems please email or text us and we will quickly get back to you!
CAN I REQUEST A RENTAL ITEM FOR A LONGER PERIOD THAN SPECIFIED?
We understand that some events may require an extended rental period. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
